Marketing Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Track progress with Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Specialists.
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Craft clear product marketing copy

- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sales Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly support the Sales Lead for the region to manage key accounts and convert the sales pipeline to promote our presence across North America
- Undertake pre-sales engagement and sales demos with prospects in the pipeline, understanding their problem statement and business needs to ensure product market fit or opportunities to develop new solutions
- Support in-market activities with partners in North America trade associations and leading manufacturers
- Engage stakeholders and opinion leaders to promote our brand in the region
- Support local sales initiatives and help to convert prospects to clients
- Support and deliver client workshops and devise executive summary documents
- Work closely with other sales team members to share feedback from enterprise clients with the company
- Contribute to the enterprise solutions roadmap and help refine value propositions
- Work with other teams in the company (e.g. Technology, Operations, Implementation, Product, Marketing) to achieve the above goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in and in-depth knowledge of the solar products and PV materials
- Have an extensive professional network in the solar industries with associations and manufacturers
- Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in Sales or Business/Market Development roles
- Experienced in presenting and pitching to C-suite executives
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the region
- Must be highly organized, strategic planner, and maintain extreme attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at a high level with both internal and external members
- Highly-motivated self starter with the ability to work independently
- You are digitally savvy and a lifelong learner and quick learner to new technologies

Product Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for product market research and market opportunity analysis
- Cooperate with sales department to determine products, objectives, product positioning and related demands
- Conduct continuous product knowledge training for sales staff, and answer questions about academic knowledge related to products that sales staff have in sales
- Product arrangement: Responsible for collecting and analyzing the requirements of product planning, forming analysis reports and giving suggestions
- Competitive product analysis: Search relevant market information and competitive product information. Collect, try out and compile PDF documents of competing products
- New product development: new product project development and evaluation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience: more than 4 years of work experience in product development and management
- Have good resource integration ability, communication and coordination ability and written report ability
