Technical Data
Used in solar PV installations: It can withstand extreme environments such as high temperatures and ultraviolet light, and has good durability and anti-aging properties. In addition, the photovoltaic cable also has the characteristics of low smoke halogen-free, flame retardant, oxidation resistance, shock resistance and tensile resistance, which can ensure the safe and stable operation of the solar power generation system.
Rated 90℃ for exposed or concealed wiring in wet or dry locations: Photovoltaic operating temperature is generally between -40℃ and 90℃. In the cold winter, photovoltaic cables need to be able to withstand lower temperatures to ensure normal work. In the hot summer, photovoltaic cables need to be able to withstand the test of high temperatures to ensure the stable operation of the system. Therefore, the operating temperature of photovoltaic cables should have a wide range to adapt to temperature changes in different seasons.
Installation conditions: open air, buried, in conduit.
Conductor: class 5 tinned copper, based on IEC 62930. The wires of conductors shall be tin coated.
Insulation: low smoke halogen free rubber: Irradiation crosslinked low smoke halogen-free polyethylene insulating material
Outer Jacket: low smoke halogen free rubber: Irradiated crosslinked low smoke halogen-free polyethylene sheath material, red or black color.
Marking: The sheath of the cable marked by indenting. The distance between the end of each mark and the beginning of the next identical mark is 315±20mm
